HUFF & PUFFERS accepts the following forms of payment:

We do not accept prepaid cards, checks, cash, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, or Google Wallet at this time.

All billing information must match the details associated with the credit card being used. Transactions may fail due to Address Verification Service (AVS) mismatches, card issuer declines, or incorrect billing information.

If your transaction fails, your bank may place a hold on the funds for 2–5 business days. HUFF & PUFFERS cannot release these funds—please contact your bank directly for resolution.

Shipping Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

HUFF & PUFFERS ships orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, HUFF & PUFFERS holds no liability for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
All shipments require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. This service is mandated by federal law to prevent underage access to regulated products and incurs an additional fee charged by the shipping carrier. As a result, shipping costs for HUFF & PUFFERS orders may be higher than those for non-regulated items purchased elsewhere.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to HUFF & PUFFERS due to being refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued once the product is returned to and received by HUFF & PUFFERS in new and unopened condition.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on the shipping method and destination. Once shipped, tracking details will be provided via email.
